The scope of works included:- Removal of all existing 'rotten' windows & replacement using latest technology replacement upvc windows (to replicate existing style) Full damp course injection to all exterior & internal walls. Creation of en-suite shower room to master bedroom. Creation of downstairs utility & wc cloakroom. Full & complete installation of oil fired central heating system. Full & complete re-wire throughout. All exterior walls battened and insulated with dense high performance insulation throughout prior to overboarding and plaster finish. New kitchen design & installation. Renovation of original inglenook fireplace with the installation of log woodburning stove. New lounge coal fired mantle fireplace. Replica oak laminate flooring throughout downstairs. Full interior painting & decorating throughout.

As well as all of the above exterior works included:- The installation of a Klargester sewage treatment plant with all new drainage throughout. External landscaping with patio areas laid to 'courtyard' & adjacent lounge french door to rear garden areas.

All works were carried out by R B Building Services employees & sub-contractors to the satisfaction of South Derbyshire Building Control & most importantly our client.
