Rockhouse Farm Renovation

Rockhouse Farm situated in Dalbury Lees, Derbyshire.

This project was undertaken on behalf of our clients Bidwells Estate Management & the Radbourne Estate.

This 250 year old property, although not listed is still a fine example of the area's many working farms from this period.

The main farmhouse building which has been much neglected for many years required a full & complete structure & layout of the building through to the final finish which would be a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom rental property.

Because of the poor state of the building every aspet was surveyed & works determined.

Eventually work began on clearing and landscaping the ground around the building and the interior was completely gutted to what was basically the building 'shell'.
